設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明
雙液控單向閥配置通用安裝法蘭，設(shè)兩個(gè)獨(dú)立出口，可對(duì)接溢流閥等元件。采用雙對(duì)置式液控單向閥結(jié)構(gòu)，一側(cè)受壓力作用時(shí)，另一側(cè)閥組即開(kāi)啟。閥體為錐座式設(shè)計(jì)，推薦用于穩(wěn)定缸的雙側(cè)鎖止工況，閥內(nèi)組件為插裝式結(jié)構(gòu)，可整體更換。
工作原理
當(dāng)油缸伸出時(shí)，液壓油經(jīng)其中一組閥從 A1 口流向 C1 口，中間控制活塞同步開(kāi)啟另一組閥，油缸環(huán)形腔側(cè)經(jīng) C2 口與 A2 口導(dǎo)通；當(dāng)油缸縮回時(shí)，上述液壓油流向及閥組開(kāi)啟邏輯反向運(yùn)作。
Design Description
The twin pilot-operated check valve is fitted with a universal mounting flange and provided with two independent outlets, which can be connected to components such as pressure relief valves. Adopting a structure of two opposing pilot-operated check valves, the valve group on one side opens when the other side is subjected to pressure. The valve body features a cone-seat design and is recommended for the double-side locking condition of stabilizing cylinders. The internal components of the valve are of a cartridge structure and can be replaced as a whole assembly.
Working Principle
When the cylinder extends, hydraulic oil flows from Port A1 to Port C1 through one set of valves, and the middle control piston synchronously opens the other set of valves, connecting the annulus side of the cylinder to Port A2 via Port C2. When the cylinder retracts, the flow direction of the hydraulic oil and the opening logic of the valve groups operate in the reverse manner.
