設計
支架控制器的電路板封裝于一個可靠的塑料外殼內，其正面由不銹鋼面板保護鍵盤部分。該裝置通過卡扣式固定機制安裝于支架上。設備采用3.2英寸高分辨率全彩顯示屏，并結合30鍵鍵盤作為用戶操作界面。除了集成紅外接收器外，還配備了藍牙無線通信模塊。所有電氣連接均采用可靠的SKK連接器實現(xiàn)。
功能
液壓支架的所有傳感器均通過CAN或RS485接口連接到EC-1支架控制器。而工作面上所有支架控制器則共同組建成一個以太網網絡。該設備支持通過集成鍵盤的就地操作與通過無線遙控或以太網遠程控制兩種模式。緊急停止電路符合SIL2安全標準。此外，設備配有LED光帶，能清晰指示操作人員的按鍵指令所對應的受控支架，從而有效避免誤操作。
Design
The support controller’s circuit board is in a robust plastic housing, with a stainless steel front panel protecting the keypad. It’s mounted on the support by a snap-fit, and has a 3.2-inch high-res full-color display plus a 30-key keypad for user operation. It integrates an IR receiver and a Bluetooth wireless module, with all electrical connections via reliable SKK connectors.
Function
All hydraulic support sensors connect to the EC-1 support controller via CAN or RS485, and all controllers on the working face form an Ethernet network together. The device supports local operation with the built-in keypad and remote control via wireless or Ethernet. The emergency stop circuit meets the SIL2 safety standard. It also has an LED light strip that clearly shows the controlled support for each key command, effectively stopping misoperations.
