設(shè)計
傳器驅(qū)動板的電路板封裝于可靠的塑料外殼內(nèi),并通過不銹鋼基板固定于適配支架上。所有與傳感器及支架控制器的總線連接均通過SKK24連接器實(shí)現(xiàn),可支持1至3塊傳感器驅(qū)動板的通信需求。
功能
傳感器驅(qū)動板通過CAN-FD總線與支架控制器通信,可借助16位高分辨率ADC采集最多6個傳感器數(shù)據(jù)。兼容標(biāo)準(zhǔn)0.5-4.5V直流電壓輸出傳感器,也可適配符合Namur標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的電流輸出型傳感器。每個節(jié)點(diǎn)最多支持3臺EC-Sensor傳感器 驅(qū)動板以總線方式連接,亦可與DRD EC系列中其他CAN-FD設(shè)備混合組網(wǎng)。傳感器驅(qū)動板內(nèi)置高精度傾角傳感器,結(jié)合其他傳感器數(shù)據(jù),可實(shí)現(xiàn)液壓支架高度計算與各類運(yùn)動狀態(tài)檢測。
Design
The sensor driver board’s circuit board is in a robust plastic housing, fixed to the adaptive support with a stainless steel base. All bus connections to sensors and support controllers use SKK24 connectors, supporting 1 to 3 sensor driver boards for communication.
Function
The sensor driver board communicates with the support controller via CAN-FD bus, collecting data from up to 6 sensors with a 16-bit high-res ADC. It works with standard 0.5-4.5V DC voltage output sensors and Namur-standard current output sensors. Each node can connect up to 3 EC-Sensor driver boards in bus mode, and can also mix with other CAN-FD devices in the DRD EC series. It has a built-in high-precision tilt sensor, which combines with other sensor data to calculate hydraulic support height and detect various motion states.
