傾角傳感器的電路板封裝于一個(gè)可靠的塑料外殼內(nèi)，并通過(guò)不銹鋼底板安裝于適配支架上，所有電氣連接均通過(guò)SKK24連接器實(shí)現(xiàn)。
功能
傾角傳感器采用三軸線性加速度計(jì)與三軸陀螺儀傳感器。能夠同步測(cè)量運(yùn)動(dòng)或振動(dòng)產(chǎn)生的動(dòng)態(tài)加速度，以及重力作用下的靜態(tài)加速度。該設(shè)備與支架控制器之間或多臺(tái)傳感器之間的通信均通過(guò)CAN-FD接口實(shí)現(xiàn)。
Design
The circuit board of the inclination sensor is enclosed in a robust plastic housing and mounted on the adaptor bracket via a stainless steel base plate. All electrical connections are implemented through the SKK24 connector.
Function
The inclination sensor is equipped with a 3-axis linear accelerometer and a 3-axis gyroscope sensor. It can synchronously measure the dynamic acceleration caused by motion or vibration, as well as the static acceleration under the action of gravity. Communication between the device and the bracket controller, or among multiple sensors, is achieved via the CAN-FD interface.
