設計
紅外線發(fā)射器的電路板封裝于一個帶透明塑料蓋板的堅固外殼內,其內部采用紅外LED生成不可見的遠距離光束。設備外殼的支架可調節(jié),以確保與支架控制器內置的紅外線接收器實現(xiàn)直接對準。電源通過SKK24連接器為紅外線發(fā)射器供電。
功能
該設備一旦通電便會立即發(fā)射脈沖紅外光。其±60°的視角可確保即使在非理想工況下,EC-1支架控制器也能穩(wěn)定探測到采煤機。設備配備多顆LED指示燈用于診斷功能,便于礦工進行維護。
Design
The circuit board of the infrared transmitter is enclosed in a robust housing with a transparent plastic cover, and an infrared LED is adopted inside to generate an invisible long-distance light beam. The bracket of the device housing is adjustable to ensure direct alignment with the built-in infrared receiver of the bracket controller. Power is supplied to the infrared transmitter via the SKK24 connector.
Function
The device emits pulsed infrared light immediately upon power-on. Its viewing angle of ±60° ensures that the EC-1 bracket controller can stably detect the shearer even under non-ideal working conditions. The device is equipped with multiple LED indicator lights for diagnostic functions, facilitating maintenance by miners.
