設(shè)計
遙控器的電路板封裝于堅固的塑料外殼內(nèi)，不銹鋼前面板為鍵盤和顯示屏提供可靠保護(hù)。該設(shè)計使用戶能夠清晰識別各按鍵功能，有效防止誤操作。設(shè)備配備兩個防護(hù)式充電觸點用于充電，并采用240×320像素的TFT顯示屏，可全面顯示液壓支架狀態(tài)、電池電量、軟按鍵及其他各類信息。
功能
遙控器可用于控制液壓支架，設(shè)備通過藍(lán)牙低能耗技術(shù)進(jìn)行通信。EC-Remote遙控器憑借其多項附加功能，已成為DRD EC系列中的關(guān)鍵工具：內(nèi)置加速度計可檢測設(shè)備倒置等異常方位，并立即中止所有控制功能。該設(shè)備可用于校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的傾角傳感器，并集成近場通信技術(shù)以支持無線傳感器校準(zhǔn)。集成UWB超寬帶模塊，使其能夠被PDS系統(tǒng)精確定位識別?？赏ㄟ^存儲卡為支架控制系統(tǒng)上傳新版軟件。
Design
The circuit board of the remote control is enclosed in a robust plastic housing, and the stainless steel front panel provides reliable protection for the keypad and display screen. This design allows users to clearly identify the function of each key and effectively prevent misoperation. The device is equipped with two protected charging contacts for charging, and adopts a 240×320 pixel TFT display screen that can fully show the hydraulic support status, battery level, soft keys and various other information.
Function
The remote control can be used to control hydraulic supports, and the device communicates via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology. As a key tool in the DRD EC series, the EC-Remote features a variety of additional functions: a built-in accelerometer can detect abnormal orientations such as device inversion and immediately stop all control functions. The device can be used to calibrate the tilt sensors in the system and integrates Near Field Communication (NFC) technology to support wireless sensor calibration. An Ultra-Wideband (UWB) module is integrated to enable precise positioning and identification by the PDS system. New versions of software can be uploaded to the support control system via a memory card.
