設(shè)計

雙電磁閥適用于通過電信號驅(qū)動液壓系統(tǒng)的工況,采用雙路設(shè)計,配備兩個電氣輸入口與兩個液壓輸出口。電磁線圈的驅(qū)動力通過杠桿傳遞,保障閥門運行的安全性與耐久性。兩路液壓先導(dǎo)閥均為小流量兩位三通閥,用于操控主控單元、反沖洗過濾器等液壓驅(qū)動閥件,閥組默認采用常閉配置。

該雙電磁閥亦可通過按鍵實現(xiàn)手動觸發(fā)操作。電磁閥線圈本體的外殼采用磁鋼材質(zhì),表面經(jīng)鋅-鎳電鍍處理,即便在惡劣工況下也能實現(xiàn)長壽命運行。閥體可根據(jù)客戶需求,搭配不同規(guī)格的黃銅外殼供貨。電氣連接器若發(fā)生損壞,可單獨更換。

功能

雙電磁閥的各項功能可通過電信號觸發(fā),也可通過按鍵手動觸發(fā)。電磁線圈通過杠桿驅(qū)動兩位三通閥動作,閥件開啟后會為液壓驅(qū)動閥件接通至輸出口的流道,由該液壓驅(qū)動閥件實現(xiàn)大流量的通斷控制。

Design

The double solenoid valve is suitable for working conditions where hydraulic systems are driven by electrical signals. It adopts a dual-circuit design with two electrical inlets and two hydraulic outlets. The driving force of the solenoid coils is transmitted via levers to ensure the safe and durable operation of the valve. The two hydraulic pilot valves are both low-flow 3/2-way valves, used to control hydraulically driven valves such as those on main control units and backflush filters, and the valve group is configured as normally closed by default.
The double solenoid valve can also be activated manually via push buttons. The housing of the solenoid coil itself is made of magnetic steel and electroplated with zinc-nickel, enabling long service life even under severe working conditions. The valve body can be supplied with different specifications of brass housings according to customer requirements. The electrical connector can be replaced individually if damaged.

Function

All functions of the double solenoid valve can be activated either electrically by signals or manually by push buttons. The solenoid coil drives the 3/2-way valve to act via a lever. When the valve is opened, it connects a flow path to the outlet for the hydraulically driven valve, which then realizes the on-off control of high flow.
